* fixes a glitch where vehicle plate comments would always show "RESTRICTED COMMENT" regardless of Tempest security settings.
* adds the ability to filter out parking meters containing the text ***REMFRSVC*** anywhere in the meter description. This allows you to reduce the number of meters loaded to FieldTicket.
Installing:
The zip file for this Update contains directories for ColdFusion and .NET (Oracle and Redmond) with a structure exactly like the main install. Copy the included file(s) to the appropriate locations on your web server(s) depending on your original installation type - ColdFusion or .NET Oracle or .NET SQL Server (.NET clients - don't forget to do both the internal and external servers).

This UPDATE adds the ability to keep the Officer's comments added to a ticket as well as add in the standard warning comment.
Installing:
In your FieldTicket80000 web services directory, make a backup of the runft1.cfm and runft2.cfm files, and replace them with the versions in this zip.
To use:
Open up Tempest > Web Customer > Customer Name > FIELDWORKSUSERS > Notes > Jan 1, 2005
Add a tag like this <warningkeephhcmnt>FRONT</warningkeephhcmnt> at the same xml level as the other settings.
The allowable values for the tag are "FRONT" or "BACK". FRONT will keep the Officer's comment (if any) at the front and append the standard warning comment, and BACK will put the standard warning comment up front and append the Officer's comment (if any). If the Officer does not end their comment with a period, the system will automatically add one - so that the comment will read properly.
